Unfortunately, you can not spot reduce. But to lose the fat around your waist you can:

  • Strengthen and stabilize your core muscles by exercising your core 3-4 times a week
  • Start an “AB streak” and do some form of abdominal exercises every day
  • Cut calories in order to lose weight
  • Relax, studies show that chronic stress creates hormonal conditions that promote an increase in belly fat
