Fall is here and life can be a lot more hectic! What will you make for dinner that tastes good, is nutritious, and not too time consuming? Below are my top 5 favorite recipes for fast, easy dinners and a simple recipe for company.

This recipe is a take-off on Sloppy Joes. It is quick and simple and can be made with lean ground turkey or beef.

Try this Chicken Parmesan Recipe. It is delicious!

I doubled this recipe for Sesame Salmon and Snap Peas but you could triple it or quadruple it if need be!

This is so good I just had to give you one more salmon recipe!

Here is a recipe I found years ago and it can be made with lean ground turkey, lean ground beef, or veggie crumbles.

Spaghetti Bake:

1 lb. of ground beef, turkey, or soy crumbles
18 oz. jar of low sodium spaghetti sauce
1 7 oz. package of Barilla Plus Multigrain Thin Spaghetti
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups of skim milk
3 beaten eggs
1 cup of low-fat shredded Mozzarella cheese
Dash of pepper

Brown ground beef, turkey, or soy crumbles and drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook spaghetti in boiling water until tender. Spread spaghetti over the bottom of a 9X13 baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over spaghetti. Combine milk, eggs, and pepper. Pour over spaghetti. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over spaghetti. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand 1 minute and cut into squares to serve.

This Crock-Pot Turkey recipe is for a weekend because it needs to cook 5 hours but it is so easy and tasty I just had to include it!

This ziti recipe serves 12 and is perfect for company.
