Start an “AB streak” make a deal with yourself to do a minimum of 5 crunches and a maximum of 75 or whatever you decide, on a daily basis. That way if it is 10 PM and you are exhausted you can quickly do 5 crunches and you have met your goal. The next night start earlier and maybe get all 75 in. Keep this up for 30 days and see the difference in your middle!

Do you work at home or in an office where you can stand? Every time you get a phone call stand up and walk while talking on the phone. You will burn more calories and feel better!
